Madani Girls School is an Independent Muslim day school for 300 girls aged 11-18. It has two forms. The school is set within a purpose built Victorian building enclosed with its own playground and private parking for staff. It is in Tower Hamlets and has been running since 1991.
The aim of Madani Girls School is to create a school community where individuals are proud of Islam, confident learners and prepared for life as Muslim citizens in modern Britain.

To deliver a high quality teaching and learning experience for our pupils that promotes high standards and progress for all; To promote a love of education for all learners and to equip them with the tools to take ownership of their own learning. To ensure that our pupils feel safe and secure and enjoy coming to school.

School History
Madani Girls School was founded in September 1991 in order to fulfill the demands of a single gender girl’s school in Tower Hamlets and the surrounding areas. Starting from the humble beginnings of 17 students in a private accommodation, by the grace of Allah (swt), the intake soon increased consistently over the years and by 1995, our intake rose to 80 pupils with another 80 on our waiting list. With this success we were confident to launch Madani Girls School on a larger scale and by the grace of Allah (swt) we relocated to Rampart Street.
In 2001 the school moved to its present site in Myrdle Street which was previously occupied by Grenfell Primary School. This purpose-built school was perfect as it had the potential to accommodate more students and enable us to provide a two-form entry school.
