The deadline for year 7 admissions is Friday 23rd October 2026.
The deadline for Sixth Form admissions is Friday 8th January 2027.
Open Evening
Open Evening will take place on the Friday 9th October 2026 and is a chance to meet teachers, department representatives and receive information about the school. You will have the opportunity to tour the school and views classrooms as you are guided by our Head Girls.
FEES
Processing fee: £15 (Non-refundable)
Admissions fee: £300 (Non-refundable)
Annual tuition fee for year starting September 2026: £3,350 (plus VAT).

Timeline
Key dates and information
Stage 1: Applications
The deadline for applications is Friday 23rd October 2026, including fully completed reports and references.
- Submit an application: Complete either the online application form or download and fill out the PDF version by hand.
- Provide school references: After submitting your application, you will receive a reference form. Give it to your child’s school to complete and return to you, then email the completed references (two required) to admission@madanischool.org.uk
- Share school report: Submit a copy of your child’s most recent school report.
- Pay the fee: Bring a £15.00 non-refundable processing fee with you on your first visit to the school.
Stage 2: Entrance Exam
Entrance exams take place at Madani Girls School. Candidates will sit a Maths (non-calculator), English and Islamic Studies exam (Year 8-10 will be required to complete a Maths, English and Science exam).
Stage 3: Interview
Candidates and a guardian are invited to be interviewed at school by a member of the admissions team. This is an opportunity for the school, candidate and parents to determine if the school is a best fit.
Stage 4: Outcome
Admission outcomes will be communicated, and parents/guardians of successful candidates will proceed with payment of the admission fee (non-refundable). Parents/guardians will also need to provide proof of identification.
Stage 5: Admissions Day
Parents of successful candidates are invited to attend an induction meeting. On this day, you will have the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the school rules, meet members of staff and sign the Home-School Agreement.
Stage 6: Taster Day
Successful applicants will be invited to attend school for the day to familiarise themselves before starting school.
Late Admission
Admissions at any point of the year are accepted, however, it should be noted that there may be a delay in the processing of late admission.
