RE: End of Spring Term II
Dear Parents/Guardians of all pupils,
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu,
We pray and hope this letter reaches you in the best of health and Imaan. Alhamdulillah we have come to the end of our Spring Term II. The last day of school for pupils will be on Thursday 31st March 2022 and school will re-open on Tuesday 19th April 2022, where we will be following the Ramadan timetable. All pupils will need to be in school by 9:15am as registration will take place from 9:30am.
Home time:
Student dismissal will be at 2:55pm. All students must be collected promptly at 2:55pm as the school will be closed by 3:15pm.
After school sessions:
All after-school sessions including hifdh will be cancelled for the duration of Ramadan. They will resume after Ramadan insha’Allah.
Lunches:
If your daughter is not fasting, please provide her with a healthy packed lunch as hot lunches will not be available for the duration of Ramadan and Eid week. Orders for lunch will be taken on the week commencing from Monday 2nd May 2022. Hot lunches will resume from Monday 9th May 2022
We hope you have a restful holiday and a blessed Ramadan. May this sacred time be used as an opportunity to be elevated in ranks in the sight of Allah. Aameen.
