On Tuesday, 16th July 2025, a group of 10 students took part in a special Nature Therapy session at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, East London. Famous for hosting the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the park is now a vibrant green space with beautiful gardens, waterways, and public art.
During the visit, students explored scenic walking trails before participating in a calming painting activity, using the natural surroundings as inspiration. The session offered a chance to slow down, reflect, and express creativity in a peaceful outdoor setting.
It was wonderful to see our students so engaged, thoughtful, and creative throughout the day, enjoying both the natural beauty of the park and the therapeutic activities provided.
