On 10th and 11th December, Year 11 students visited the Gardens of Peace in Hainault, organised by the Islamic Studies department.
Students had the opportunity to witness a burial ceremony, providing insight into Islamic teachings on life and death. The visit offered a profound learning experience, encouraging reflection on the importance of dignity and respect. Many students found the trip spiritually enriching and valued the chance to observe this significant aspect of the faith.
