A couple of weeks ago, we held a workshop for our Year 11 students focusing on mental well-being before their mock exams. The session covered mental health awareness, hygiene, self-awareness, and resilience. Students participated in open discussions to address mental health stigma. Practical tips included mindfulness, breaks, and joyful activities. Self-awareness was encouraged, emphasizing strengths and weaknesses. Resilience was highlighted, urging students to view setbacks as opportunities for growth.
As a school community, we kindly request your support in keeping our Year 11 students in your duas, especially as they approach this critical period. Your positive thoughts and prayers can provide them with strength, focus, and calmness during the upcoming mock examinations. We extend our gratitude to the workshop facilitators, students, and everyone involved in making this mental health awareness session a success. Together, let us continue to prioritize the well-being of our students.
Thank you for your ongoing support.
